Can I switch plans anytime?

What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export everything as CSV or PDF at any time. Cancelled tenants are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Who can see what?
Role-based access throughout: employees see their own data, managers see direct reports, project managers see their projects, admins see the org. Every change is captured in the audit log.
Do you support SSO?
